Who we are
Beverly Hamilton has always worked to make things better than she found them, even as a fifteen year old lifeguard improving the rotation schedule at her local pool. While attending college, she managed a team of 100+ volunteers as the Chair of MSC Film Society at Texas A&M University, and during her masters degree, she served as Camp Director for a local summer camp, overseeing counselors and campers alike in controlled chaos. Early roles such as Project Coordinator and Program Manager for large, complex organizations developed her acumen for navigating policies, procedures, budgets, and org charts.
Understanding operation leadership from the ground up allowed her to take the programmatic, academic, and administrative expertise gleaned from her Ph.D. in Education to start the Austin Diaper Bank, shortly after becoming a mom. Building a grassroots organization and a cohort of fellow changemakers provided a strong foundation for executive leadership that can wear many hats.
Since scaling Austin Diaper Bank, new opportunities in interim and fractional leadership arose, leading to a variety of posts in a diversity of nonprofit sizes and mission areas, such as education, cancer prevention, entrepreneurship, disabilities support, and college student leadership development.
To amplify her work and outcomes for her clients, Beverly works with an incredible team of specialists and fellow consultants, such as Tara Levy, Sean Ramsey, Ryan Parks, and others.
Proud to be a mom, Girl Scout, & advocate for those in need. Special thanks to Manny Pandya for the headshots.
